Circa Fit (Wednesday AM)

Circa Fit is an early morning fitness class to get the blood pumping while learning and enjoying circus techniques (much more interesting than a gym session!) Working on various circus apparatus’ on the ground and in the air, Circa Fit is structured around increasing your core strength and conditioning development as well as fitness, coordination, strength and flexibility.
