Ground Acro


Term 2:
Begins week of 23 April until week of 23 June

Our Ground Acro Open class is suitable for all skill levels.

Learn or further develop skills in: Handstands, Acrobalance, Mini Tramp and Tumbling. Each week you will also have a warm up, skills training and development, specific ground-based conditioning and flexibility training for body awareness and a cool down.
