What if my circumstances change after I have enrolled?

Unfortunately, there is a no refund policy on any Circa Classes. To ensure we maintain our trainer to participant class ratios we are unable to offer make-up classes during the program period.

For youth classes, we provide one make-up class during the school holidays for any participant who has missed one or more class during the program period.

If you are unable to attend class due to injury or illness, including COVID-19, and can provide a medical certificate, please contact us and we will arrange a credit for your missed class.

Can I pay for classes week by week?

Payment for Circa Classes is required at the time of booking. If this is not possible, please contact us to discuss further options.

Is it safe?

All Circus Classes trainers have First Aid and Blue Card certification and are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment.

We are authorised under an industry plan, approved by Queensland Health, to provide classes which include contact. COVID-safe measures are in place for all Circa Classes. Circa reserves the right to ask anyone exhibiting COVID-like symptoms to recuse themself. View our COVID-Safe guidelines.

Are there any prerequisites?

If you are new to Circus and unsure about which class would be best for you, view our flowchart. Our Come & Try Classes or our Foundation Classes are the best place to start. There are no pre-requisites for our youth classes. Should you have any questions please contact us.

Can parents observe class?

We ask that parents do not come into the studio to observe class (excluding Tiny Tumblers Parent/Guardian). A showing is held at the end of term allowing parents to view class in the studio. At the end of the year all Circa Classes participants have the opportunity to be part of a performance for friends and family. Should you have any questions please contact our Youth Classes Manager.
