What if I’m running late to pick up my children?
We recognise that collecting children from school or other activities and getting them to class on time can sometimes be difficult. The safety of our students is of upmost importance to us however we do ask that you are on time to drop off and collect your child(ren).
Are there any prerequisites for the class?
If you are new to Circus and unsure about which course would be best for you, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that Aerials Beginners requires a reasonable degree of upper body strength eg. participant is able to hold their own weight with their arms. There are no pre-requisites for our children’s and young people’s courses.
How many participants are in a course?
All classes are subject to a minimum and maximum number of participants. You will be notified if there are any changes to your booking. Circa reserves the right to alter details of programs at any stage. If the class you wish to enrol in is sold out, please email email@example.com to be put on the waitlist.

Circa can offer private tuition. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your details and we will be in contact with further details. For more details on costing please visit our ‘Private Lesson’ page.
Can parents observe the course?
For all enrolled students (excluding Tiny Tumblers), parents are welcome in the Studio for the first class of term only. If this causes you concern please speak with our Training Centre Director.
Do you have any casual courses?
The only casual classes we offer are our Circa Stretch and Conditioning classes, priced at $22 per class. You can read more about this in our Adult course page.
Can I pay for my courses week by week?
No, all courses must be paid for in total prior to week one of Term.
What if my circumstances change after I’ve paid for my course/s?
There is a no refund policy on any Circa classes. To ensure we maintain our strict trainer to participant class ratios we are unable to offer make-up classes for any missed during the term. Adult class participants, if you let us know before the term commences, it is possible to transfer the missed classes to attendance at Open Training. To ensure trainer to participant ratios are maintained and the class specific transition of training is maintained we are unable to offer make-up classes for any classes missed during the Term.
Why are there no refunds?
Our Circa Classes are structured on a term-by-term basis. This allows our Training Centre Director to know how many students are in each class, build lesson plans accordingly and engage the most appropriate and correct number of trainers. If participants cannot attend a class, or a number of classes throughout the term, we are unable to re-fill that position as someone attending a term half way through would miss the groundwork and safety lessons required to be at the same level as the rest of the class. Because of this, we ask all participants to commit to the entire term and we are unable to offer any refunds or make-up classes for classes missed.
Our policy is centered on the safety and progression of each student, so we do hope you understand this position.
How can I pay?
