Circa’s Ground Acro classes focus on the following four skills: Handstands, Acrobalance, Mini-tramp and Tumbling. Each class will include a warm up, skills training and development, specific ground-based conditioning and flexibility training for body awareness and a warm down.

All Circa’s adults classes are held in our Fortitude Valley studio on Level 3 of the Judith Wright Centre of Contemporary Arts. 420 Brunswick Street, Fortitude Valley.
