This course is for experienced participants that have mastered the foundations of Acro. Progress and extend your Handstand, Acrobalance, and Tumbling through focussed drill training, technique refinement and learn a wider range of higher level skills. This group explores static (H2H, F2H, three highs etc) and dynamic acro, (toss, banquine, pitching etc), handstand variations and a range of contemporary tumbling repertoire.
