Wednesday is our morning fitness course perfect for those motivated to progress to the next level. This 1.5 hour session is appropriate for beginners through to professionals, as our trainers work with your abilities and goals in a scaffolded format. A solid foundation of strength, endurance, coordination, core and flexibility are paramount to intelligently and efficiently progressing your circus skills – the perfect compliment to your skill course to condition your body so you’re circus ready.
Our trainers will take you through your paces utilising a range of circus and fitness methodologies on the ground and in the air to meet you where you are at and take you where you want to go.
