Circus 101


Term 1:

Circus 101 focuses on providing those fresh to circus with a mixed bag of circus treats and is a great stepping stone into our specialist classes – learn aerials, acrobatics, hula-hoops and juggling. Circus 101 is recommended by our trainers for people wanting to build up their body strength and overall fitness to then go onto an Aerials or Ground Acro class. Each class will include a warm up, skills training and development, aerials and ground-based strength and flexibility training for body awareness and a cool down.
