What is your make up classes policy for Aerial Nights programs?

Circa Academy acknowledges there are times when Aerial Nights participants are not able to attend a class within their term enrolment and would like to offer the courtesy of a make up class if there is class capacity.

Due to the nature of the Academy classes and term structure there are limitations to the offer and the eligibility as per the following conditions:

  • Make-up classes are a courtesy, they are not guaranteed, and are only available to Aerial Nights participants.
  • Make up classes must be used in the same term as the absence and cannot be transferred to another participant.
  • Limits apply – two make up classes per class booking per term depending on availability
  • Make up classes are restricted to an equivalent or lower level class, specialty workshops are not eligible.
  • Students must notify absences to the Circa office no later than 12.00PM on their class day
  • Make up classes must be booked prior to 3.00PM on the class day and are only available after the original absence.
  • No shows for make up classes render the booking void.

I want to join Aerial Nights after the term has already commenced – am I able to do this?

Circa Academy have a pro rata classes policy for our Aerial Nights program. This is only available for participants in our Intermediate or Advanced Circa Academy programs. You are only able to purchase programs pro rata two weeks after term commencement and this must be for consecutive classes. If you are interested in purchasing Circa Academy programs pro rata you can do so by contacting us at academy@nullcirca.org.au

What should I wear and bring to class?

Please wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that you can move around in i.e. shorts, track pants, singlet. No overly loose clothing that we will go over your head when you go upside down. We ask that you remove all jewellery before class begins. Please bring a water bottle and gym towel if needed.

What is your child supervision policy?

At Circa we are committed to creating a wonderful experience for your young artists at Circa Academy.

Whilst our excellent trainers provide supervision throughout their class in the Circa Studio we ask that all children under the age of 12 are accompanied by a parent or guardian to the studio door at drop off and pick up times.
