In June 2021, Circa became the first major Australian performing arts company to tour to Europe since the pandemic. A company of eleven acrobats embarked on an eight month odyssey after a year of granular planning.
Circa is keen to share the results of its learnings and give practical advice and resources to help others navigate the challenges of international touring. We are hosting a webinar with Yaron Lifschitz (Artistic Director), Danielle Kellie (Executive Producer), Shaun Comerford (Executive Director) and others from the Circa team.
Areas we will explore include logistics, covid health and recovery, insurance, travel, duty of care, governance, risk mitigation. We will also tell some bizarre and amazing stories from across the seas. The Webinar will feature ample opportunity for attendees to ask questions and drill into areas of interest.
