We are delighted to welcome Trevor Carlson to our team as Circa’s Director of International Development.
Based in Barcelona, Trevor is an experienced arts executive whose career highlights include 14 years with the Merce Cunningham Dance Company serving as its executive director until the company’s planned closure. During his time with Cunningham, Trevor instigated major collaborations with Robert Rauschenberg, Radiohead, Sigur Rós, and Tacita Dean. He also created and produced the web-series Mondays with Merce in addition to developing and implementing the innovative Legacy Plan for the Cunningham Dance Foundation. As an independent producer Trevor delivered the Barbican’s tour of Antigone directed by Ivo Van Hove featuring Juliette Binoche.
