Seven acrobats stand in a line, at the edge of now. Over the next hour they journey through love and loss, tenderness and conflict, pain and joy, searching for a way into the present.
North of Now strips circus back to its essentials: bodies, an empty stage, light to see them by. From these simple elements an extraordinary world emerges. Bodies collide, carry, catch and release one another, as deeply creative acrobatics reveal the beauty, fragility and complexity of our connections.
The performance ends as it began, acrobats standing in a line. Everything between them has changed.
